Step 1: Click the Youth Leadership Workshop Registration button to get registered! It’s extremely important you enter all of your information correctly, so read everything carefully!

Step 2: Next download the Information Packet. This contains important information for you and your parent/guardian.

Step 3: Fill out the Health, Photo Release, and Guidelines Form. This form contains your Health Form, Assumption of Risk Form, Photo Release, and Participant Guidelines so make sure you read through each one carefully!

Step 5: Fill out the Pre-Workshop Survey. This self-assessment helps you see where you’re out going in to workshop!

Step 6: Have your parent or guardian fill out the Demographic Collection Form. This survey is for data collecting purposes ONLY, and the information collected is solely used in grant writing and fundraising when it is requested.

Step 7: Finally, fill out the Student Information Form. This form helps us track growth as an organization, as well as provides valuable data for grants and fundraising.

Step 8: Follow us on social media and get ready to make the most of Summer 2023!
