Ohio Valley Bank Supports The iBELIEVE Foundation
Columbus, OH - January 25, 2019
Earlier this week, Ohio Valley Bank pledged a $10,000 donation to The iBELIEVE Foundation. Students of today’s generation seek to obtain skills learned outside the classroom. Vital social skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are increasingly demanded to secure successful positions in the workforce. In rural Appalachia, The iBELIEVE Foundation is taking measures to increase access to leadership development programs for high school students. The Foundation prioritizes the future of these students by providing expense-free opportunities for local participants to develop these skills at annual program events hosted year-round. The iBELIEVE Foundation’s mission would not be successful without contributions like those from Ohio Valley Bank.
Ohio Valley Bank has been a generous sponsor of The iBELIEVE Foundation in the past and this donation shows their continued support of the region and iBELIEVE. “Ohio Valley Bank is honored to support a program that gives local youth the tools they need to become our community’s next leaders,” said Ohio Valley Bank President and CEO Tom Wiseman. Ohio Valley Bank’s donation will help student leaders from Gallipolis and the surrounding areas attend iBELIEVE programs.
