The iBELIEVE Foundation Receives Laptop Donation From CGI
Columbus, OH - March 5, 2019
The iBELIEVE Foundation today announced the receipt of donated laptop computers from global IT leader CGI - part of an ongoing partnership that supports the foundation financially and structurally as the foundation works to create 21st Century opportunities for students in Appalachia.
"Technology is a major cornerstone of today's society and plays a major role in the communication of iBELIEVE's message and mission," said iBELIEVE Founder and Executive Director Patrick Klein. "Students today have increased interaction with the internet and social media, and being able to reach able to reach and connect with those students requires the correct technology. CGI's generous donation allows The iBELIEVE Foundation to stay ahead of the curve and expand our reach through the Appalachian region."
The iBELIEVE Foundation provides opportunities to Appalachian youth for the development of 21st Century Skills such as leadership, communication, and problem solving. The foundation's goal is to increase collegiate attendance and retention across the 13-state Appalachian region.
