The iBELIEVE Foundation has impacted my life in so many ways and has shaped me into the person I am today. When first selected in the spring of my freshman year of high school, I already had a vague understanding of the program due to my older brother's involvement with iBELIEVE and was beyond excited to attend my very first workshop. That workshop transformed my outlook of the world around me and of myself as a leader. I was/am so grateful for the opportunity iBELIEVE has given me - to express my leadership skills while being surrounded by amazing groups of people. I have made so many wonderful friendships, connections, and memories throughout my time with iBELIEVE and I am thankful to still be a part of this organization as a staff member. This program molds kids of Appalachia into unstoppable and incredible leaders; the impact this program has on its members is unmatched. Watching this organization give people the chance to fully be comfortable in their own skin while providing a safe space to enhance their own personal skills is such a moving experience. The iBELIEVE foundation has blossomed into something much greater than anyone could have ever imagined, and its magic will never stop. iBELIEVE will forever be a part of me, and I want nothing more than to keep watching this program grow.
